What is arnica good for?
Arnica is used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones.
Arnica is a natural herb that drastically decreases the appearance of bruising. This helps return your skin to a flush and even color in a fraction of the time it would usually take.
Using arnica two to three times a day for three weeks is suggested to get the desired results. With consistent use, people have found it to reduce pain, bruising, stiffness, and swelling.
Can you put arnica on your face?
Arnica's anti-inflammatory powers have been used for more cosmetic purposes like decreasing puffiness around the face.
Arnica oil is great for hair, hair loss, dandruff, split ends, premature grey.
Insect bites, etc …
Arnica should not be used on broken skin, also people who are hypersensitive or allergic to the herb should avoid it.
