 **Return Policy**
There are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on products and services.If any product arrives damaged you must contact me immediately with dated photos of the damaged items! No exceptions! Each order is custom made for the client and cannot be resold to anyone else.

**Processing Orders**
Processing orders can take up to 2-3 weeks … Once I get to your order it may take 24-48 hours to complete depending on what’s ordered! Any order that has not been completed within the time frame indicated once it’s up for processing I will always ensure I compensate each customer!
